We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Money Orders, Internet Bank transfers and Cash. Please note that we accept Personal credit cards only. We do not accept gift cards for phone or online orders. We accept personal cheques from approved customers. Personal cheques and money orders from new customers must clear at our bank before we ship the order. On Credit Card orders, please provide card number, expiration date, issuing bank, billing address, home and work phone numbers and bank's customer service number on back of credit card. (Shipping address must match billing address for us to ship your order). No international orders. We request this information for your protection.

Billing and Processing

Radioworld will only ship orders to verified billing addresses. When supplying your Name, Address and Telephone Number, please ensure these details are a complete match with your financial institution. Failure to provide a complete match will result in additional processing time and delays in fulfilling your order.

Orders received after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.


Shipping within Canada is generally provided by Canada Post. Actual shipping costs are calculated in real-time through the web site. Over-sized and/or overweight items such as antennas, power supplies, heavy batteries and amplifiers incur a surcharge (actual shipping charge will be determined at time of sale). Orders need to be shipped complete or a second $5 charge is applied to the shipping of backorders.

We ship most items within 24 hours of order placement (Purolator orders are shipped the same day orders are received). Orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern time are usually shipped the same day. Our normal method of shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Insured Mail. We may also use Purolator for equipment that exceeds the limitations of Canada Post or at customer's request. You may request a shipment by other means such as Purolator, but a surcharge will apply. Please ask for shipping costs. All shipments are packaged with care and sent insured. Purolator will not ship to a Post Office box.


Purolator Ground is a non-refundable shipping method.
Purolator does not ship to PO boxes or general delivery addresses.
If you select Purolator shipping with a PO Box, we will automatically reassign the order to be shipped by Canada Post Expedited service.

Package Tracking

Tracking information on your package is available by request only when you select Purolator Ground or Express as your Shipping Method.

Minimum Order

We have no minimum orders.


We are not responsible for errors or price increases. Prices are updated monthly. We recommend that you confirm current pricing when placing your order.

Warranty Service

Radioworld offers warranty on the products directly purchased from Radioworld. For help, please visit our Warrant Page. We do not perform on site service.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock we will notify you immediately. Radioworld is one of the largest, best stocked radio dealers in Canada. We carry an extensive inventory to minimize "back ordered" items. If an order is partially filled, back ordered items will be shipped at $5 charge. Due to manufacturer shortages, back orders occasionally occur. You may cancel your back ordered item (except special orders) at any time, for any reason and receive a full refund. Credit card orders are not billed to your card until we ship.

Returns or Exchanges

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, Radioworld must be notified and an exchange will be offered within 10 days of receiving the item. If you do not wish to exchange at that time we offer a full credit on account against a future purchase. If you prefer a refund, Radioworld reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to cover costs. If an item is found to be defective within the 10 day period a replacement will be sent out at no charge upon receipt of the original item at our premises. Radioworld has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in a unacceptable condition.

What you’ll need to return/exchange your item:

The original receipt (invoice), original method of payment, all original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition.

Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 10 days, until you are certain your will be keeping the product.

Non Refundable or Exchangeable Items:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All special order items, antennas, books and software are not refundable or exchangeable.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, note this with the delivery driver and refuse the shipment. It will be returned to Radioworld and we will replace it for you at no additional cost. Damaged shipments must be reported to Radioworld within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance.


Radioworld will accept trade-ins on most electronic goods. For trade-in quotes on your equipment, either call or e-mail us giving the model, any optional accessories, condition and whether you still have the original boxes and manuals. Final price evaluation will be based on the condition and functionality of the equipment when received by Radioworld.

Rental Terms and Conditions

All rental fees are clearly displayed on each product page, a security deposit equaling the value of the item will be required prior to the item being released for rent. This deposit will be refunded less any rental fees due. Any items that are returned damaged or missing will billed out at retail replacement cost at the sole discretion of Radioworld. For out of town customers a minimum shipping charge of $15.00 will apply to all rental fees, Time allowance: Ontario, Quebec (one day each way) MB, SK and the Maritimes (Two days each way) AB, BC (three days each way). Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Should you wish to purchase the rental unit, please let us know and will be happy to send you a correct invoice indicating the sale.
