Great Radio In Small Package
After owning the DX-10 for two years I can say it is a very good radio for the money. Yes the buttons around the VFO knob are crammed in. But I operate my DX-10 with Ham Radio Deluxe so I do not have to bother with the buttons. The menus are fairly straight forward and easy to set. I use a Heil Gold Line mic with mine and get excellent audio reports. Overall and very good value for the money.
