Nice Clean Transmit Audio
Thanks to staff for helping with the connector and microphone choice. This microphone has the HC-5 cartridge that offers a 6db boost around 2khz to improve clarity at the far end but still provides a smooth response up to 4khz. I got the desk mount and boom arm with the fantastic ptt gun. This switch is very rugged and I also got the foot switch and now both hands are free while operating. You will have better transmit audio over the muffled stock hand microphone. Highly recommended and a worthwhile investment
