Showroom Closed

Due to the current stay home order for all of Ontario, our showroom will be closed as of Thursday, April 8. We will continue to fulfill orders placed online, by  Chat, by phone  416-667-1000,  Toll-Free: 1-866-666-8600 or by emailing sales@radioworld.ca.

What to expect

• Uppon arrival, please come to the front door.

  When it is your turn, you will be greeted at the door by a sales associate who will assist you.

• Please practice social distancing and line up along the side walk.

  Customers may not enter our facility under any circumstances beyond the front door

• We encourage customers to avoid touching or handling products that they do not intend to buy.

• All checkout equipment and surfaces (pin pads, counters and cash registers) will be cleaned and disinfected after each customer.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is currently only available for orders placed by chat, phone or email.

Changes or Additions

Changes or additions to your order must be made in advance by chat or phone.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently allowed. Please contact us prior to proceeding to confirm eligibility.

Once confirmed, you will be asked to place a new order & pay at pickup. The exchanged item will be dropped off and will be refunded the next day.
